I would like to take a brief moment to acknowledge Greg Diaz and his team at Staten Island Premiere Properties for a job well done representing my clients as their Realtor in two transactions that recently closed. While the first transaction went smoothly, from start to finish, the second one did not due to the buyers of my clients home in Brooklyn having a difficult time in obtaining a mortgage. During the delay, Mr. Diaz was instrumental in holding the Staten Island transaction together by being diligent in answering the sellers questions and addressing their concerns. His professional manner and comportment was the chief reason why the transactions stayed together and my clients are enjoying their new home on Staten Island. Although the bulk of my business is representing clients purchasing and selling in Brooklyn and Manhattan, I would always recommend Gregg and his team to anyone purchasing on Staten Island. He was very honest and diligent in finding the perfect new home for my clients who had a significant amount of angst in relocating to Staten Island after a lifetime here in Brooklyn.
