Ian Clement

Coming in with over 15 years in the mortgage industry gives me  a unique perspective on the buying and selling process. Having lived here since 2010, I have seen a lot of growth and change on Staten Island and I am excited to be a part of that.  I was always intrigued by the real estate market and felt this would be a natural fit.  My goal is simple- to create a perfect partnership between a client and their ideal home while making it as enjoyable and stress free as possible.  Most important to me is honor, integrity, and relationships built on trust. When not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, coaching my daughter’s rec soccer team and watching the Cowboys play.
