Being in the construction industry for over 20 years has allowed me to work with a broad range of clients and the pleasure of building great relationships.  I understand the value of time and the importance of money.  Deadlines must be met therefore things need to be done promptly and correctly the first time.  I take great pride in my customer service skills.  I will always LISTEN to the specific needs of each client and will treat you the way I wish to be treated.

New York is my birthplace.  Born and raised in Brooklyn, my beloved grandparents owned and operated a business in Queens and having friends and family throughout this state has helped me to know it very well.  When I became a Staten Island resident in 1999, I rented a home on the island.   Since that time, I have purchased three homes, two of which I have sold.  Aware of the concern and reservations when buying, selling, or renting a property my goal is to help ease the process and guide you through it.
