Theresa Barbarito

NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Call me, I will be there with and for you every step of the way!
Being in the construction industry for over 20 years has allowed me to work with a broad range of clients and the pleasure of building great relationships.  I understand the value of time and the importance of money.  Deadlines must be met therefore things need to be done promptly and correctly the first time.  I take great pride in my customer service skills.  I will always LISTEN to the specific needs of each client and will treat you the way I wish to be treated.
New York is my birthplace.  Born and raised in Brooklyn, my beloved grandparents owned and operated a business in Queens and having friends and family throughout this state has helped me to know it very well.  When I became a Staten Island resident in 1999, I rented a home on the island.   Since that time, I have purchased three homes, two of which I have sold.  Aware of the concern and reservations when buying, selling, or renting a property my goal is to help ease the process and guide you through it.

My son, Peter Barbarito, and I have partnered together in our real estate career and we are both excited to work with you and fulfill your real estate needs.  Our partnership allows you the benefit of having not one, but two agents at your disposal.
Call anytime, we’re here for you.
